We currently ship within India and select international destinations.

1. Processing Time

  • Standard orders: 1–3 business days
  • Ritual-prepared products: Up to 5 business days due to energy setting procedures
  • Custom ritual items: 5–7 days

2. Delivery Time

  • Domestic: 3–7 working days

3. Shipping Charges

  • Calculated based on cart weight and delivery location.
  • Free shipping for eligible orders (check promotional banners or shipping terms at checkout).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via SMS/email. You can track the shipment via the courier’s website.

5. Lost or Damaged Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged package – notify us within 48 hours with photos
  • An undelivered/lost package – contact us after 7 days from shipment date

We will initiate an investigation and offer a resolution.

6. International Orders

Buyers are responsible for:

  • Paying customs, import duties, or local taxes (if applicable)
  • Ensuring the item is allowed in their country (holistic oils, herbs, etc.)
