Refund policy

Due to the spiritual nature of our products, we exercise strict control over returns and exchanges to preserve the sanctity and energy of each item.

1. Return Eligibility

Items can be returned if:

• Initiated within 7 days of delivery
• Product is unused, unopened, and in original condition
• Reason is valid (damaged/incorrect item received)
• The exchange item will be delivered within 6 working days

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or opened perfume oils
• Custom or ritualized products
• Discounted/clearance items

3. Exchange Policy

Exchanges will be allowed only if:

• The item is defective, broken, or wrong
• Claim is raised with photo proof within 48 hours of delivery
• Exchange will be delivered in 6 working days

We do not entertain exchanges based on:

• Change of mind
• Subjective dissatisfaction with fragrance or outcome

4. Process for Returns/Exchanges

• Email us at returns@evoxuind.com with order ID and issue details.
• Our team will evaluate and share further instructions within 2–3 working days.
• Approved returns must be self-shipped or picked up (depending on location).

5. Refunds

Refunds will be:

• Credited within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item
• Credited back to the original mode of payment
• Subject to deduction of shipping or handling fees (if applicable)
